At Eco by Sonya, we want you to love your organic glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or tanning products unless a documented skin reaction has occurred.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your proof of purchase.

  Package Securely

  Ensure the items are safely packed in their original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your Return Authorization number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your parcel back to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
